Your day as Director | Corporate Operations will include:
Operations: Developing and overseeing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving productivity across departments. Collaborating with leaders you will establish performance metrics and ensure that information systems support cost-effective, scalable growth. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and manage supplier relationships, ensuring contracts align with company needs and budgets.
Information Security: Leading initiatives to achieve and maintain SOC 2 compliance and developing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with business goals and regulatory needs. You will support sales and customer operations by demonstrating compliance and building trust with customers, while also leading employee training programs on security best practices. Regular risk assessments and incident response management will also be part of your security leadership.
Process Improvement and Efficiency: Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions that improve quality, output, and cost-effectiveness. By leveraging data and technology you will streamline processes and improve decision-making. Ensuring seamless coordination between departments while driving operational excellence and minimizing risks across all business functions is imperative.
Performance Management and Reporting: Establishing clear systems to measure operational effectiveness is a priority, as well as providing regular reports to leadership on performance and potential areas for improvement. You will ensure that Delta-X Research operates efficiently and complies with industry standards while growing the business, and you will develop training programs to boost productivity through the effective use of corporate software and processes.
Leadership: Collaborating with the executive team to define and implement both short-term and long-term business strategies. This includes managing budgets and financial forecasts related to operational activities and participating in key leadership meetings to guide the growth trajectory.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or a STEM program combined with related experience. A Master’s degree is desirable.
- 7+ years of operations management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience with information security is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing large projects, and driving efficiency and operational initiatives.
- Beneficial Experience and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of corporate operations, process improvement, and operational strategy development.
- Knowledge of information security management frameworks and standards.
- Additional Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster relationships, and ability to influence and lead.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
